    I’ve been living at the Weaver apartments for a short time now, and I can honestly say I love it here. The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and just feels like home. From the moment I started the process of moving in, the property manager, Mikaila, made everything so smooth and stress-free. She’s been incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, answering all my questions with a smile and guiding me through every step. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making sure tenants feel comfortable and heard. On top of that, the one time I had to submit a maintenance request, I was blown away by how quickly it was handled. The response was prompt, and the issue was fixed efficiently—no hassle, no delays. It’s clear that the team here cares about keeping the property in great shape. Overall, I’m so happy with my experience at Weaver and can’t recommend it enough—huge thanks to Mikaila for making it such a positive place to live!

    The Apartment community is great. I have been here for 7 years and never had a problem...Lisa Pinkney from the leasing office and Ron Turner from maintenance are first class employees and great people...i just moved into a new Apartment in building A and they made it a seem less transition.
